3 Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift Codes Are Expiring on February 28
Summary
- Three Mystery Gift codes for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet expire on February 28th.
- Codes offer free items and Pokemon like Pawmot, Expert Belt, and Quick Balls.
- Two codes will remain available in the games after February 28.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players are running out of time to redeem three Mystery Gift codes that are set to expire on February 28. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift codes can be redeemed for free items and sometimes even free Pokemon. Unfortunately, most Mystery Gift codes come with expiration dates, so Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players need to make sure they redeem them as soon as they can.
In fact, January 2025 ended with a Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift code for a free starter Pokemon expiring. If fans redeemed the code 909TEAMUP06 by January 31, they were able to get a free Fuecoco based on Roy’s Pokemon from the Pokemon Horizons anime series. Now that the free Fuecoco Mystery Gift code has expired, players will want to turn their attention to the three codes that are scheduled to expire at the end of February 2025.

It’s possible new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift codes will be released in the future, especially with Pokemon Day coming up on February 27. Eventually, Game Freak will shift its attention to Pokemon Legends: Z-A, which will likely have a Mystery Gift system of its own. Until Legends: Z-A hits the market, though, any new Mystery Gifts will almost certainly be released for the Scarlet and Violet games.
At the time of this writing, there’s been no confirmation on when exactly Legends: Z-A will release. However, February 27’s Pokemon Day could very well bring with it a Legends: Z-A release date announcement. Pokemon fans will want to make sure they tune in to Pokemon Presents on February 27 to find out.
